Hello, I’m Claire.

I am so happy that you are here.

Yoga is a practice that touched my body and soul in incredible ways and supported me tremendously on many levels.

I started practicing Yoga back in 2000, and at the beginning, it was difficult for me to slow down and truly be present in my body. But with time and practice, I found ease, and the benefits of yoga started to reveal themselves. My body became more relaxed, my mind clearer, and gradually, a deep sense of peace and joy took root.

For many years, I had lived in a state of disassociation, feeling disconnected from my body. Despite seeking help through talk therapy, workshops, and books, intellectual understanding wasn’t enough—my body remained untouched by words. Everything changed when I explored the connection between my mind and body through Yoga and Embodiment practices.

I discovered that the body speaks a language beyond words. Learning to listen to its sensations and emotions opened a new world of understanding. This journey led me to develop my own intuitive approach to yoga, guiding others to connect deeply with their bodies.

My goal as a facilitator is to help my students discover yoga not only as a way to improve physical health, but also as a path to inner joy and self-fulfillment. Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, one that connects the individual to the universal, and the external to the internal. Through this practice, we grow spiritually, mentally, and physically, peeling back the layers to uncover our true selves.

I am deeply grateful to my teachers and students, from whom I continue to learn every day.

Curious About My Background

I graduated with a degree in business management in 2001 and worked in the corporate world for over 10 years. However, I was deeply drawn to a different path—one focused on yoga, embodiment, and healing.

Today, I’m an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga teacher with 20 years dedicated to the practice of Yoga and Embodiment and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.

I have developed a unique blend of expertise in body-based practices (somatics), trauma healing, Tantra, and Sacred Sexuality. My education includes a diploma in Yoga, Anatomy, and Physiology from the Kevala Institute in the UK, and a Yoga Alliance certification in Kriya Yoga, Tantra, and Meditation from the Yogananda School of Yoga. I also hold certifications in Sexual Awakening for Women and Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Strategies.

My teachings have been greatly influenced by mentors such as Shakti Malan, Linda Thai, Chameli Ardagh, and Francesca Gentile. I combine their wisdom with my own understanding of how yoga, embodiment and somatic practices can help people reconnect to their bodies and heal from within.
